LVMH strengthens leadership with key executive appointments
THE WHAT? LVMH has announced a series of senior leadership appointments to reinforce its organization and support its long-term, sustainable growth strategy.
THE DETAILS Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and CEO of LVMH’s Beauty Division, joining the Group’s Executive Committee while retaining leadership of Parfums Christian Dior. Antoine Arnault, Director of Image & Environment, also joins the Executive Committee, expanding his remit overseeing image, communication, and sustainability initiatives, including the LIFE 360 roadmap. Meanwhile, Stéphane Rinderknech, who previously led the expansion of LVMH Hospitality and the Beauty Division, is leaving the Group to pursue personal projects. LVMH Managing Director Stéphane Bianchi praised Rinderknech’s contributions and highlighted Courtois’ and Arnault’s experience, leadership, and alignment with the Group’s values.
THE WHY? The appointments are designed to ensure continuity, strengthen strategic oversight of the Beauty Division, and reinforce LVMH’s focus on brand desirability, sustainability, and long-term growth following the departure of a key executive.
