Even though Taylor Sheridan has chosen to end his stint at Paramount after around an industry-altering decade, he remains indispensable to the studio's current plans. Sheridan's Yellowstone franchise is the crowning jewel of Paramount+, and will likely hold on to this title even after his departure, which is still a few years away. By then, most of his series at Paramount+ will probably have ended, but the streamer has already made it clear that it intends to continue turning at least some of them into franchises. A Tulsa King spin-off featuring Samuel L. Jackson is in the works, while the Yellowstone universe continues to expand. Some weeks ago, CBS premiered Marshals, the first sequel series in the Yellowstone franchise. And now, it's the turn of another new series to continue the beloved property.
