Among video game adaptations, Prime Video's animated anthology Secret Level is a very different beast. Created by Tim Miller of Love, Death + Robots fame, the series explored a variety of video games, old and new, Triple-A and indie alike, through bite-sized episodes with gorgeous animation that offered just enough to pull viewers into their world and stories. There was something for just about everyone in the action-packed and star-studded adventures, from a dark Dungeons & Dragons episode to a miniature martial arts epic based on Sifu, and a gritty showcase of the sci-fi world of FromSoftware's Armored Core with Keanu Reeves. While the titles the team landed for Season 1 were impressive, supervising director Dave Wilson says they've aimed higher in their game choices for Season 2.
