Having opened to poor reviews some weeks ago, director Luca Guadagnino's latest film, After the Hunt, hasn't exactly been the rabblerouser that it was perhaps intended to be. The movie deals with thorny themes, and deliberately offers what many would consider an unsavory perspective on them. After the Hunt immediately took the streaming crown after a disastrous box office run, and continues to hold its ground despite the arrival of fresh competition. Starring Julia Roberts as a senior college professor whose younger male colleague is accused of sexual misconduct by a student, the movie also features Andrew Garfieldand Ayo Edebiri. According to FlixPatrol, After the Hunt crept back into Prime Video's global top 10 charts on Friday, when the leader board was topped by the recently released Tell Me Softly.
